Being happy!

Evening my fellow reader chums!

Being happy is hard when you've gone through tough times and are feeling low, I know exactly what that feels like as this year hasn't exactly been a walk in the park. I've overcome some really hard things and am still overcoming them, its just a case of staying positive and knowing you have friends who will always support you through everything! I don't really want to go in to detail about what its been like as I hate looking at the past and like to look forward with hope! You never know what the next day is going to bring so don't dwell on the past, live for the moment and be spontaneous.

My advice for you if you're experiencing a rough time is to talk it out, even though it may be hard to tell people your problems, I promise its  easier to deal with them knowing you have support, as they say a problem shared is a problem halved. You shouldn't have to feel alone and keep it all bottled up, somebody out there does care and don't think otherwise, talk to your friends/family/teachers etc, there will be someone who will listen!  You're all loved and deserve to be happy as you are good enough.

For a long time its been hard to keep smiling and not think of the hard times, however I'm lucky to have my dance girlie's at school as they never fail to cheer me up and always make me smile even if I don't want to! Today was such a good day, we had a great laugh in dance, I couldn't control my laughter!

Ha ha, love this! My Chummy and I in Frankie and Bennie's last month, I do love her! I don't think I would've gotten through this year without her, she's been my rock!
Therefore, stay positive and strong, it will get easier, there was times this year, I'd never thought I'd get through but I have and I'm smiling again! Talk to someone, don't keep it all inside. Live your life to the full and try and appreciate what you have! Don't look at the past at the mistakes you've made but look to the future with hope and a positive outlook and don't forget to smile! Follow those dreams and make something of yourself.
Be the change you want to see in the world <3
